24′ West Country Fishing launch

Sennen Cove Lugger

Built by the Falmouth Marine School under professional supervision, she is based on the traditional Sennen Cove Lugger and was one of a number of boats built by the college. Larch on oak hull, long keel, 2 masted with dipping lug on the mainsail and standing lug on the mizzen. Inboard Beta diesel, two rowing positions. A solidly built stable boat but light enough to be towed. Ideal for exploring estuaries or inshore sailing in summer.

Selway Fisher ‘Grace Hawar’ Longboat

Designed by the Selway Fisher company, she was built for a Dutch client in 1998. Hull constructed of epoxy glued plywood, stitched and taped with sheathed plywood deck structure. 2 mast gunter rig, built in buoyancy and comfortable seating for 6. complete with a trailer and 9.9hp Yamaha outboard, she also has a boom tent and can be used for camping. Very stable with good performance, a cracking lightweight boat for exploring rivers and coasts.

Flying Dutchman Olympic One Design.

Flying Dutchman built in 1960, believed to have been owned in her early years by the designer of the class, Conrad Gulcher. Used as the 2 man Olympic dinghy from 1960 to 1992, there is still a healthy racing fleet of boats in the UK. This example is built of cold moulded mahogany which offers an excellent strength to weight ratio. Complete with 2 sets of sails, road trailer and launching trolley.
