A very interesting motor launch, built on the Thames but spent most of her life working as a passenger launch on the River Dart. Laid up in her current barn for over 40 years, she is in remarkably good condition and a very rare find indeed. Designed by the Selway Fisher company, she was built for a Dutch client in 1998. Hull constructed of epoxy glued plywood, stitched and taped with sheathed plywood deck structure. 2 mast gunter rig, built in buoyancy and comfortable seating for 6. Complete with a trailer and 9.9hp Yamaha outboard, she also has a boom tent and can be used for camping. Ian Oughtred Sooty Tern rowing skiff built from an Alec Jordan kit. The Sooty Tern is a slightly stretched version of the Arctic Tern design, a sailing beach boat with a large following. This particular boat was built for rowing and has no rig, the owner lives near the Thames and wanted a light weight but capable rowing skiff, able to carry 3 rowers as well as kit and crew.
Classic keelboat designed by Hendrik Bulthuis and known as the BM Sloop, designer of several successful small sailing dinghies and keelboats. Rebuilt by the present owner with all new planking in the bilge, a new section of keelson, new floors and new keel bolts into the iron fin keel. New 2018 sails with a bigger area give her great performance. Enough space for 3 or 4 people in the cockpit but can be sailed by a single person. A smart and attractive yacht in nice condition and ready to sail away complete with a road trailer.
