Gaff Cutter Working Boat


Lovely little gaff cutter presented in superb condition with a full inventory. Complete professional rebuild finished in 2005 plus recent professional maintenance and repairs, all documented. New deck and rig with any necessary hull work carried out. Large open cockpit, 2 berths under the foredeck with inboard Yanmar diesel. Brand new all over cover. Great concept of boat that will give a lot of fun and hassle free sailing.

Gunter Rigged Sloop


Designed and built by the Elton Boat Building Company, one of the larger boats in their range. Used by the present owners for cruising around the West Country, she is the ideal family boat with an easily handled rig, 18hp Yanmar diesel and comfortable space below to keep out of the weather. 2 good sized berths with ample sitting headroom, galley area and Portapotti toilet. Kept in nice condition, engine overhaul this year and ready to go.

Westmacott Gaff sloop


Westmacott designed gaff rigged day sailer built by Woodnutts. Pitch pine hull withlead keel and new bronze keel bolts. Major refit in 1983 with a new deck and coachroof. Recent rig and sails, optimised for racing and she has won many cups and trophies in present ownership. A very pretty boat with an impressive rig that gives great performance and exciting sailing. Recent refit including new floors and keel bolts, now looking smart and ready to go. On a heavy duty road trailer ready to tow away.

Harrison Butler Zyklon Class


Harrison Butler designed bermudan cutter. She is the hull of a Z4 tonner with raised topsides. This variation of the Z4 was designed by Cpt O.M. Watts and created a small manageable boat with far more internal volume, only 10 boats were built like this. Major refit in 2013 with a new mast and new deck sheathing, hull stripped to bare wood, re-caulked and repaired as necessary. Sailed from Shetland to Cornwall in 2016 and used extensively around the Cornish coast. Very solid structural condition, 2013 survey available.

Gaff Cutter


A very pretty traditional boat which was built as a smaller version of a Breton sailing fishing boat, She was the last boat built by Ed Matthews at Ferris & Blank yard in Dartmouth. Mahogany on oak and rock elm, copper fastened. A capable sea boat which the present owners have sailed up and down the south west coast but they now require a larger boat.
