Dee 25


The Dee 25 was a highly successful yacht designed by Peter Brett, more widely known for the Rival range of yachts. The Dee 25 won acclaim in many offshore races including the Fastnet and proved itself as a fast and sea worthy design. This boat has been in long family ownership and is in good sound condition with documented survey reports over several years. 5 berths including a huge double across the saloon, good headroom throughout, Volvo Penta diesel. A solid and well thought out and capable cruising yacht for sensible money.

29′ Bermudan sloop


Very tidy bermudan sloop built in 1973. Continually updated and well maintained in present 11 year ownership, this is a very smart, fast and capable little boat. 4 berth accommodation and 6' headroom under the raised coachroof. Massive inventory including good sails. Very reliable original petrol engine which is quiet and smooth. This is a great boat for the money, ready to sail away and looks very smart indeed. Gunter Rigged Sloop


Designed and built by the Elton Boat Building Company, one of the larger boats in their range. Used by the present owners for cruising around the West Country, she is the ideal family boat with an easily handled rig, 18hp Yanmar diesel and comfortable space below to keep out of the weather. 2 good sized berths with ample sitting headroom, galley area and Portapotti toilet. Kept in nice condition, engine overhaul this year and ready to go.

Nordic Folkboat


Nordic Folkboat built in Poland in 1963. A pretty boat that has retained the sleek design of the Scandinavian boats with low topsides and an unobtrusive and well proportioned coachroof. Interior space is limited but her looks more than make up for this. Professionally rebuilt in 1999 with all new laminated ribs, new deck, coachroof and cockpit. Mast and rigging replaced in 1999, sails new in 2009. New Yamaha outboard in 2018. A nice example with many good features.

Bermuda 30


An adaptation of the H28 designed by Herreshoff and built by Cheoy Lee of Hong Kong in 1967 with GRP hull and decks. Yacht laid teak deck over the GRP and varnished teak coamings compliment the traditional long keel design to give a pretty, comfortable and easily handled family cruising yacht. 4 berths with good headroom, Volvo 19hp diesel. Neglected for 2 years due to illness and now sadly an executor sale, the boat has been thoroughly cleaned and checked recently. Comes complete with a very detailed inventory including 2 sets of sails, all over cover, dinghy and outboard plus safety gear.

Harry Feltham gaff cutter


Designed and built by Harry Feltham although the year is unknown. Rescued from the beach by the present owner, a retired shipwright, and rebuilt by him including work to the hull, new deck, bulkheads and interior, new mast and replacement rigging and a complete new cockpit. Fitted with a twin cylinder Albin petrol engine. An interesting boat with a very spacious and comfortable cockpit and good space below decks.

Kim Holman Stella


Kim Holman Stella design, built in 1960 by Tucker Brown. The Stella is thought to have been based on the Folkboat except they have more volume and are more capable boats. This one has had some major refit work carried out including some replacement planking, new keel bolts and a new engine. She is sitting on a heavy duty road trailer that can be towed with a Land Rover or similar making her mobile and potentially cheap to run. A very capable small boat with lovely pedigree, in need of some finishing and tidying up.

Silvers Bermudan Sloop


Recently came 1st in class in the Round the Island Race. New mast fitted 2018. A prototype bermudan sloop from the hand of John Bain, known more for his impressive motor yachts. Built by Silvers in 1935, the media saw this type of boat as the future of yachting, a practical, pretty and comfortable sailing yacht with a lot of volume for her length and good sailing performance. Major rebuild in present ownership including new engine, rigging and sails as well as framing and planking. A very tidy little yacht, easily capable of cross channel sailing and coastal cruising with plenty of volume for comfortable living.

Gaff Cutter


A very pretty traditional boat which was built as a smaller version of a Breton sailing fishing boat, She was the last boat built by Ed Matthews at Ferris & Blank yard in Dartmouth. Mahogany on oak and rock elm, copper fastened. A capable sea boat which the present owners have sailed up and down the south west coast but they now require a larger boat.

Harrison Butler Gaff Cutter


Designed by Harrison Butler, this gaff cutter is a pretty boat with nice lines. Lots of money spent in present ownership, reconditioned engine ready to fit, new all over cover and all new electrics plus a lot of work to hull and decks. Still some further work required. An interesting boat with lots of internal volume and a large cockpit.
