Maurice Griffiths Tidewater built by Whistocks of Woodbridge in 1974. Iroko hull on steam bent oak timbers, Perkins 50hp diesel, bermudan cutter rig on a deck stepped aluminium mast in a tabernacle. Grifiths wasd a prolific designer, drawing many small boats that made yachting available to ordinary folk. The tidewater is one of his signature designs, spacious and comfortable with 6 berths, good sailing performance and importantly able to take the ground.
